About the house
A weekday church, open to every denomination.
The King’s Prayer House is a non-denominational, Holy Spirit-filled ministry committed to creating a place of worship, prayer, and fellowship in the heart of cities around the world.
Our primary calling is to serve as a Mission Church — equipping, empowering, and supporting churches globally through prayer, intercession, and generous giving. We are committed to strengthening the Body of Christ and partnering with churches to advance the Kingdom of God.
We also carry a passion to reach the most remote and underserved communities, establishing and planting churches where there is little or no Gospel presence. Through evangelism, discipleship, prayer, and practical support, we proclaim the Gospel and seek to see lives, communities, and nations transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
Operating as a weekday mission church, we gather midweek, where believers from all denominations and all churches unite in powerful, Spirit-led prayer, worship, and intercession. Here we lift up the name of Jesus through praise, prophetic prayer, and heartfelt worship. In this atmosphere of faith, we believe the Lord moves with signs, wonders, healing, and deliverance — touching lives and transforming hearts.
Our purpose is simple: to glorify God and release His power through the working of the Holy Spirit.
Where we are going
Vision and mission.
To be a global House of Prayer and Mission Church.
Bringing believers from every denomination together in the presence of God, where worship, prayer, and the power of the Holy Spirit bring transformation to individuals, churches, communities, and nations.
We envision a growing movement of Spirit-filled believers and churches equipped and empowered to advance the Kingdom of God — reaching the nations, establishing churches in underserved and unreached communities, and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
To create a Christ-centred, Spirit-filled atmosphere.
A place where God’s presence is welcomed through worship, prayer, intercession, and the Word, empowering believers to experience personal renewal, spiritual growth, healing, deliverance, and transformation.
As a Mission Church, we are committed to equipping, strengthening, and supporting churches globally through prayer, intercession, partnership, and giving. We are also called to reach the unreached and underserved, plant and establish churches, raise and equip disciples, and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that lives, communities, and nations are transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Statement of faith
What we believe.
At The King’s Prayer House, we believe and affirm the foundational truths of the Christian faith.
There is only one true God who exists eternally in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
- He is the one and only Son of God.
- Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.
- Fully God and fully man.
- Lived a sinless life and demonstrated God’s authority and power in word and deed.
- Died on the cross once for all, to take away the sins of mankind.
- Rose bodily from the dead on the third day, defeating sin and death.
- Purchased healing and wholeness — spirit, soul, and body — through His sacrifice.
- Will come again in glory, at which time believers will be given incorruptible, eternal bodies.
- Eternal life is the free gift of God, received through repentance and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
- Those who reject Him remain separated from God, facing eternal judgment in hell.
- The Holy Spirit indwells believers, empowering them for holy living and equipping them to do the works of Jesus.
- The Holy Spirit continues to speak to the Church, guiding, comforting, teaching, and revealing the will of God.
- Spiritual gifts are active today, given for the edification of the Church and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
- The Bible is the inspired, trustworthy, and authoritative Word of God.
- When illuminated by the Holy Spirit, it is not merely words on a page, but the living Word that convicts, teaches, and transforms lives.
- The Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all believers regardless of denominational background.
- Jesus commands His Church to be baptized in water and to partake of the Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion).
- The Church is called to proclaim the Gospel to all people and demonstrate God’s love in word and deed.
- God has instituted civil authority, and believers are called to honour it where honour is due.
- The heart of God longs for all people to be saved, and He calls His Church to carry the good news of salvation to the nations.
Leadership
Evangelist Norman J. Sinappen
Founder and President
Norman J. Sinappen is an ordained Evangelist and Minister of Christ, called to proclaim the Gospel across nations with boldness and conviction. His ministry is marked not only by the preaching of the Word, but by the tangible demonstration of the power and presence of the Holy Spirit — through prophecies, healings, and deliverances that reveal the living reality of Jesus Christ today.
He is the Founder of HighGround Ministries, based in Geneva, Switzerland, and the Founder and President of The King’s Prayer House — a weekday church devoted to cultivating a Spirit-filled atmosphere of worship, prayer, and deep encounters with God. Both ministries are rooted in a non-denominational vision to raise believers who walk in intimacy with God and operate in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Norman also established PrayerFlow247, a 24-hour global prayer chain where committed intercessors stand in the gap continuously, lifting up diverse needs and aligning with God’s purposes around the clock.
Through HighGround Ministries, he shares biblical teachings, prophetic insights, and Spirit-led messages across YouTube and social media, reaching audiences beyond geographical boundaries. He also writes, composes, and produces gospel music and music videos that carry messages of faith, revival, and the presence of God.
Currently he is pursuing a Master of Divinity at Bible College, deepening his theological foundation while continuing to move in the power of the Spirit. Though also positioned professionally in the marketplace, his life remains centred on his calling — to preach the Gospel at every opportunity, demonstrating that Jesus still saves, heals, delivers, and transforms.
He lives in Geneva, Switzerland, with his wife Shirley and their daughter Audrey Aryn. Together they are devoted to serving the Lord and advancing His message of love, redemption, and transformation.
